Richard H. Mason, MD
Dr. Mason joined Crown Medical in 2003 as Medical Director for USA Division; Dr Mason brought to Crown Medical a broad experience in inpatient, outpatient and emergency medicine. He was board certified after residency in family practice, and more importantly was a medical professor at the Universitiy of Arkansas and University of Tenesse.
Dr. Mason has been instrumental in preparing the structure and approach to the curriculum for Crown Medical's, Sclerotherapy Training Programs for Doctors and Nurses, incorporating a global medical approach to varicose vein and peripheral vascular disease. By seeing vascular disease within the context of overall patient health related illness, making special emphasis in the 22 sclerotherapy techniques implemented at Crown Medical where it has brought a treatment with a special exceedingly low risk of complications, not found elsewhere.
Dr Mason functions has not been only those of a Medical Director, but also as an active Consultant for Crown Medical, while giving seminars and conferences in Sclerotherapy.
In addtion, Dr Mason currently directs a special research project in Sclerotherapy application, called “Elements that improve the quality of Sclerotherapy".
